Meet the Team

Bill Collinge is an environmental engineering consultant with a specialization in life cycle assessment and indoor air quality. 

After working as a consulting civil engineer for 10 years, Bill obtained his PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, with a focus in Sustainability and Green Design. He subsequently worked for PPG industries as a life cycle assessment (LCA) analyst. 

Contributions to ROCIS: Bill developed the Dylos Data Averager for ROCIS in 2015 and has returned in a consulting role, developing visualization tools and helping with data management and analysis.
